It’s Really Working!

Hey guys, so I joined weight watchers on thursday and I have to say I am actually really enjoying it!  It is so well suited to me - it is a similar idea to slimming world BUT much more flexible and my meal choices.  PLUS there are so many weight watchers products around that there is a whole new yummy experience facing you every day lol.

So friday went great, so well in fact that I actually kinda thought I had cheated from how many treats I had.  They were within my point allowance BUT I do think I should start using the points I use outside of meals on fruit.  I am thinking maybe 4 points a day max on my treats.

Saturday, hmmm, not terrible but when I worked out how many points I had gone over, well it was at least 16 eeek lol BUT I am just using the next days to have 4 points less to make up for it.  And the past couple of days have been fine.  I have a really positive feeling about this one.  It is teaching me to plan my day out better, have more exciting meals, look forward to my food, and handle the portion sizes.

I HEART WEIGHT WATCHERS lol.

So the plan now is to keep up with my 4 less points per day til thursday’s weigh in, and tomorrow, wednesday and thursday morning do a 30min workout to boost my potential loss this week and begin building up my activity levels.

I may skip the gym idea for a while with joining weight watchers cuz my mum has been paying for my membership.  But hopefully I will get sorted with a part time job soon, then I can sort out a gym membership and offer to pay for the weight watchers too.  But at the mo I have the treadmill I can use and my exercise DVDs so I think I have all I need at the mo, plus my mum has suggested we start walking together sometimes so that sounds good too :)
