Two More Pounds :)

So the weigh-in was last night and I weighed it at 235lbs - 7lbs off my original weight :) so I got my first “half stone” sticker from slimming world lol. I have re-set my mini goal at my first stone, another 7lbs down, so 228lbs. I prefer making the mini goals smaller as they feel more easily achievable and keep me more motivated :).

I am really happy with my attitude this time, I feel really positive and am aiming for another good week :) Today is going well so far, and I’ve got a nice veg curry to look forward to for dinner. 

I have exams coming up so a lot of my time is focused on revision at the moment but I am gonna aim to do some exercise this week anyway.  I am thinking 1 exercise dvd session this week, a walk, and a bike ride with the boyfriend on saturday :)
