I’m Backkkk
So I have had a little break from buddyslim and my diet plan so as you would probably expect I have piled the weight back on and more but I am starting over. This is the longest I have ever stuck at wanting to lose weight so I know something good will come of my struggles!!
I have updated my profile to show that I am no longer doing a diet plan, I am just eating healthily. Three healthy meals a day and two healthy snacks, 3 thirty minute exercise sessions a week and weigh-in each Monday to help me end my weekend crazy eating.
So I officially started today.
For breakfast I had a bowl of special k cereal with skimmed milk, noodles for lunch then some cherries, weight watchers chicken curry with a few weight watchers chips and some salad for dinner and in a little while I will have some more fruit.
In all honesty I am rather hungry but I need to get used to eating smaller portions and I still have some yummy fruit to look forward to but I am gonna do some exercise in a few minutes - 30mins on my new exercise bike
- so will wait until I have done that before I start eating again.

welcome back, and to make you feel not alone, i reinstated myself to buddyslim again and well needless to say with the weight i lost and more,, and now i am at the heaviest i have ever been in my life and have a harder time getting disciplined also, so here we go again..yes we can!!
Welcome back. I’m back as well. I’ve put 9lbs on over christmas but it happens. Looks like you’ve got the right attitude and are going to give it a good go.
Just a little tip for you, noodles are very easily digested, so you might want to eat something that’ll take a bit longer at lunchtime so you aren’t so hungry.
