I’m Backkkk
So I have had a little break from buddyslim and my diet plan so as you would probably expect I have piled the weight back on and more but I am starting over. This is the longest I have ever stuck at wanting to lose weight so I know something good will come of my struggles!!
I have updated my profile to show that I am no longer doing a diet plan, I am just eating healthily. Three healthy meals a day and two healthy snacks, 3 thirty minute exercise sessions a week and weigh-in each Monday to help me end my weekend crazy eating.
So I officially started today.
For breakfast I had a bowl of special k cereal with skimmed milk, noodles for lunch then some cherries, weight watchers chicken curry with a few weight watchers chips and some salad for dinner and in a little while I will have some more fruit.
In all honesty I am rather hungry but I need to get used to eating smaller portions and I still have some yummy fruit to look forward to but I am gonna do some exercise in a few minutes - 30mins on my new exercise bike
- so will wait until I have done that before I start eating again.
