Leaving Weight Watchers…

…and starting the slimming world plan again! lol. I think I am just MUCH more suited to having unlimited pasta, potatoes and rice dishes etc! lol.  I am part italian after all haha and italians are known for their love of food (that’s what I will blame it on lol)  - except it is just about eating the right kinds of food!

I am also having a trial run without crisps (potato chips to the american readers lol) and chocolate etc. I am gonna go 2 weeks without it just to break the habit of having so much of it every bloody day. I figure 2 weeks isn’t so long that I will put weight back on when I start having the odd snack again (happened a couple of years ago, I went about 2 or 3 months not eating any chocolate etc. and lost about 2.5 stone (35lbs) then put it all back on and more when I started eating snacks again) and won’t be desperate and cave, but it is long enough to show me I don’t NEED to eat so much crap all the time! I will enjoy chocolate so much more if it is an odd treat rather than an everyday binge fest!

So I have planned out my meals and healthy snacks for today and will let ya know how I get on with it!!

    Giving up chocolate has always been a huge weight loss booster for me in the past. I swear it’s a proper addiction and once you break it, you don’t really want it that much anyway!

    it a weakness for me too girl i try to have it only on off days but it always seems to sneak back in on me
