From FLAB to FAB ad…
What a lie! I know all the advertisements on this site are a bit dodgy so when I saw this 1 I thought nothing of it, but on TV this morning there was a recommendation to use the site www.seeyourselfslimmer.co.uk where they use a computer programme and use a pic of you and adjust it to show you what you will look like at your goal weight, and what pic should I see on the homepage, the 1 in the ad, disgraceful!!
Anyway lol I weighed myself today cuz I couldn’t bear to go to my class and be told I was heavier than when I started at weight watchers, I think I have put on about 1.5lbs so that is obv shown as 2lbs on here so I am about 7.5lbs down from my top weight, not ideal but not horrific SO tomorrow is a new start.
I have planned out all my meals and snacks and am starting my 3 day per week exercise plan so let’s see how things work out this time!
I must say I am feeling quite motivated at the moment. Watched the “Super Size Me” documentary in my sociology class the other day and the guy was saying getting past these things has to be given a “3 day rule” if you are giving up something (or in his case taking up a major diet change) if you get past the 3 day period then you’re good to go. Obv I am not thinking if I make it past sunday without cheating then I am never gonna hit another prob again BUT I do think it is a good measure as usually I do well 1 day then terrible after that. So let’s see how I do for monday if I manage to stick to it for the next 3 days, I’m sure I can!
The real test will be the 1st 3 weeks lol. Past that point there will be no stopping me.
Thanks for all your support buddies x
I loved that movie Super Size Me!!!! For me I have noticed that it’s all about making small changes. If I try to do too much all at once I seem to get overwhelmed. Lately I am in a rut where I am tired of the same ole foods. I have been splurging and eating things I shouldn’t. You are not alone. It just takes practice to do this!
it really is the small things that add up to big things . i find that its easier to stick to the small things then the big drastic things like no carbs no sweets doing the small things can make it a habit then you can a some more small things and so on and so on. keep it up lou i read something somewhere that its not important that you fail its wether you get up and try again

keep it up!!
