1.5lbs til mini goal!
So as you may have read, last week’s weigh in didn’t go well. I had put 2lbs on and this week just gone wasn’t exactly brilliant either but I got my act together in the last few days and at my weigh-in last night I found that I had done better than the maintain I was hoping for and had actually lost 2.5lbs!
so I lost the 2 that I put on AND an extra half pound and I am def going for 1.5lbs off this week to reach my 1st mini goal.
I feel like a new person at the mo tbh lol, so much more on track and ready to freaking DO THIS lol.
Thanks to all of you who have supported me through the last few days and it just goes to show you, it is never too late to turn your week around!
My promise this week: stick to my points allowance every single day and do at least 3 work out sessions.

Congrats, lou! Sounds you’re doing great! I think you’ll reach your mini goal this week. I’m doing pretty well over here too, I’ve lost 9 lbs in 1 month! I’m motivated, well still trying to work out 5 days a week.
