Fresh Start
Right my plan:
Go to my usual tuesday night weigh-in tonight, see what the situation is and tonight create a realistic yet slightly challenging target weight for the time I go on holiday August 8th so I don’t allow anymore “bad weeks”.
Next monday start the different group so that me and my mum can start staying for the meetings/”image therapy” (always easy to make excuses for not staying on tuesday cuz my mum usually goes to one of her friend’s houses on a tues evening with another one of her friends, and tues night tv is just great for me lol).
Join that gym I spoke about a little while ago. One of my mum’s friends has joined it and said when she went in the morning last week and it was so empty, there was only 1 other person in there so that would be great for me! especially cuz my university hours aren’t exactly demanding! and now it is the summer break already I have a lot of time, and I can fit it around a job when I finally get one!
Really, I could be going to the gym 2 or 3 times a week for 30mins to an hr, go on my treadmill once a week for 30mins to an hr and maybe do an exercise dvd once a week and I think I will just literally SEE the weight drop off if I can get into a good routine with it. I think I have been relying far too much on changing my eating habits but that is only half of the battle and half the reason for my unhealthyness.
So, wish me luck for tonight! I will let you know how I get on, and starting tomorrow it’s a new me! I got my hair done today too which kinda adds to my whole “fresh start” thing. It’s slightly lighter than last time (I am hoping to get it a lighter brown again cuz it has been such a dark colour they can’t switch to light brown straight away lol) and a slightly different style to last time so IT’S ALL HAPPENING haha.

Have a great weigh in…The gym sounds like a mecca for me too. I hate to exercise in front of other people! I turn all red and sweat buckets in odd places…eeek it is scary. Fresh starts are wonderful, a beautiful new hair color is just the thing!

hey girlie…glad you got your mojo back. If the weigh in today isnt great, dont be afraid to restart your weight tracker and set those goals for August. It’s what I did when I got back to square one (plus 2lbs!).

And JOIN THE GYM!!!!! It’s a great motivator to get going. Before you know it, you’ll actually enjoy going there, just to get a break from the real world for an hour or so!

Glad your motivation is back up. If you pay to go to a slimming club you should listen to the talk as well as get weighed!
