A NEW Fresh Start!

OK so I set out some goals in my last post but things have changed since a number of hours ago lol.

Me and my mum have decided to start weight watchers instead.  The local group meeting is on thursdays so we are joining this week and staying for the class.  We figure with weight watchers you really do have to make sure you are planning things out properly, and it will help a lot with getting used to smaller portions etc.  Also they have a “kick start” plan at the mo which basically helps you to lose 5lbs in the 1st 2 weeks so that will be a great boost, and having a fresh plan will help this whole fresh start.

So new plan is:

Join weight watchers on thursday and follow the kick start plan.

Join the gym when I get sorted with some part time work so I know which package is gonna be the best for me, and go 2 or 3 times a week to really boost my weight loss.

As for tomorrow, I should be going to the cinema with a friend so I am gonna have healthy meals and treat myself to a ONE scoop of icecream at the cinema lol instead of my usual 2 scoops.  There is a ben and jerry’s flavour called baked alaska which I haven’t tried yet so mayaswell give it a try just before my new plan starts lol.

I am feeling a little more on track and heading for success! but wish me luck anyways lol, love ya guys x

    Baked Alaska is GORGEOUS… white choc icecream, with marshmallow bits and white choc polar bears…. now I’m hungry!

    Hey, I might go back to weight watchers next week for a month, and then back to slim fast for a month… need to change things up a bit before I get bored!

    I LOVE weight watchers. I honestly get to eat watever I want and still lose weight. How many diets let you do that? I dont got to their meetings I do weight watchers online and I love it. The website has great resources and you can just enter your food online instead of trying to figure out the points yourself so its a big help. I hope it works 4 u =]
