Change the plan?

Hey guys, I started the week brilliantly but yet again it went completely off track and I am considering changing my diet plan.  I have been doing slimming world and it allows you to have chocolate each day but tbh I don’t think that is gonna work for me.  Once I have a bit I have to have more and then I end up feeling terrible.

SO I think I may take up the plan my buddy kate told me about  - the “No S” diet: no snacks, no sweets, no seconds except on days that start with S lol (sat, sun and “special” days i.e. birthdays, christmas etc.).  The only thing I don’t like is the no snacks as in not even healthy so I have decided to allow myself fruit and low fat yoghurts as snacks along the lines of having breakfast, mid morning snack, lunch, mid afternoon snack, dinner, and evening snack at least while I am getting into it so I don’t risk being hungry and giving up.  I just figure this way I can still have a treat at weekends but practise self control in the week! and the way I am gonna do it also is pick for each weekend day if I am gonna have a treat meal like a pizza or takeout, or a treat snack and I am gonna get like my favourite ones aswell so I REALLY appreciate it, cuz I find with slimming world I don’t completely ADORE the snacks I end up eating.

So the plan is that starting wed (after the next couple of days of watching what I am eating and the weigh-in on tues) I will do a practise week of the “No S” diet and see how it goes.

I just think the only way to conquer my chocolate cravings is not eating it everyday but knowing I have the weekend to look forward to.  I have also decided to plan exercise around the plan’s concept, as in do exercise on every day except “s days”.

I will let you know how I go on :) x

P.S. if you are interested in the “No S” diet here is the link: http://www.nosdiet.com/ or google search no s diet and there is a lot of things to look at lol
