Out of the 16 stone region!
Ok it is only half a pound out of it but I AM OFFICIALLY BACK INTO THE 15 STONE AREA lol. For the majority of you who work with pounds, basically there is 14lbs to every “stone” and at my 1st weigh in I was gutted to find that I was 16 stone 10lbs (234lbs), but today I weighed in at 15stone 13 and a half lbs! lol so I lost 1 and a half pounds this week
now weighing in at 223.5lbs (10.5lbs lost altogether woohoo).
I am now 3 and a half pounds away from my 1st mini goal. I think I can do it this week really BUT I have decided not to commit myself to it because when I don’t reach the goal for the week I hate how crappy it makes me feel and I know that the best thing to aim for is a 1 to 2lb loss each week.
So instead of a weight loss aim, my aim for the week is to stick with 15 “syns” each day and begin increasing my exercise sessions. To be honest I would say I am only doing about 1 session a week at the moment so this week I will step it up to 2. I think if I take control of each issue 1 step at a time I am much more likely to succeed
I’m feeling pretty damn motivated now cuz I wanna move further down the 15stone scale! I am also adopting a much healthier attitude to this weight loss plan and am no longer viewing it as a chore or a diet because this is how I should be eating and as long as I take care of myself I will become healthy naturally and reach the goals I want to, and after this, well, I can do ANYTHING

You are doing really well. Congrats on getting into the fifteens…that’s super! Slow and steady wins. This is a new lifestyle, s it takes time for things to …as you say…naturally shift, so this just becomes the way you eat, not a diet at all! You are too smart for your age!
