Not the best couple of days
BUT not the worst either! Yesterday I had just a few too many syns, and today I went a little overboard… I am noticing a pattern - it seems to be friday and saturday that I do the worst so I gotta put a plan into action to get that sorted out! Friday’s should be pretty easy to calm down if I make sure I save all my syns til the evening then I can have the delicious treats lol, and Saturday is the day I see my boyfriend (he lives just over an hour away) and I never plan my meals out properly when he comes over or I go over to his so I think that is the best way to sort that one out!
Brighter news: my mum asked if I wanted to join a gym with her. There is a gym pretty close to us and my mum’s jogging buddy asked her if she was interested in joining so I think I will take up the offer and tag along too so I can build up the exercise

Aims for tomorrow: syn free day to make up for the naughtyness lol, and 30mins on the treadmill to give me a fitness boost.

Yeah, the weekends are the hardest. I do best with structure and it seems that the weekends are so flexible anything can happen. I really started thinking about all the calories I was taking in on the weekends and how I was exercising most of the week just to burn those off, not the fat already on my body. So I’ve been really watching the weekends. Good luck.

That is one of the reasons why I weigh in on a Saturday morning. I’m usually okay on Friday nights but Saturday and Sunday are a bit difficult with it being out of my usual weekday routine. It gives me chance to catch up before the next weigh in.

However careful planning at anytime is always going to help.
The weekends are the WORST for me! This past weekend I went to the mall though so I was checking out all the clothes I can wear when I lose the weight. That demon food court got to me though, but on the upside I think we are all in the same boat. The weekends are for rest and enjoyment! When you are used to enjoying food, generally thats what you want to do in your downtime! Just keep logging into Buddyslim to keep you on track. Thats been my secret lately!
