Terrific Thursday!

I am OFFICIALLY getting back into the swing of things!  This goal for the day thing is really working out for me!  Today was to make sure I did at least 30mins exercise (I did 30/35 mins of my exercise dvd), stick within my syn limit (which I did), and try the new kit kat senses bar (yummy! lol) at the cinema for my main syn treat and I must say I haven’t been that tempted to stray :)  My dad bought some doughnuts so of course they looked VERY gorgeous but I figure there is no point giving in at this stage, I will wait till I have lost the weight then I can decide to have the odd snack like that it’s allll about moderation and at the moment the key is satisfying my sweet tooth with lower syn snacks :)

Tomorrow I am having a couple of friends over to watch a movie so my aim for tomorrow is to go easy on the syns through the day so I can get a couple of snacks from the store for the evening, I have planned out my meals and fitted in a couple of yummy treats for the movie so I’m good to go!

I feel so much better this week, I def feel something is different.  I’m really gonna go for it! :D x

    That’s awesome you exercised today and way to go staying away from donuts! I know how hard that can be. Last night it was cake for me that I had to say no to. Take one day at a time and it won’t seem as overwhelming. Keep up the good work!
