The President’s Challenge

Hey guys I read the post by gwen and checked this out for myself: http://presidentschallenge.org/national_challenge/

It really does look great.  The challenge ends on May 15th and basically all we have to do is make sure we are doing 30mins of exercise 5 days a week and log in our activities.  If you are already a regular exerciser then there are other challenges you can choose to do so it is suitable for everyone.

Gwen says she might try and put together a support group - maybe on the forum - so sign up and let 1 of us know and then we can talk about our progress with it.
