Physical Changes
Well there has been no dramatic overly obvious changes buttt I am starting to notice a few things! Like my belt buckle for instance… a few weeks ago the belt being fastened on the 4th notch was fine but I am having to pull my jeans up quite regularly so am now going to a tighter notch woooo!
Also I have these size 18 combat trousers (UK size 18 - US size 14 apparently!) and I couldn’t even pull the piece with the buttons across to the piece with the loop a few weeks back but now the top button fastens… with a bit of effort and a lot of discomfort on my side lol but still!! I am gonna keep trying them on every week or whenever I feel I need a bit of a boost to show myself how well I am doing!
Last time I went clothes shopping I tried on uk size 18, us size 14 jeans and they were a little toooo tight so I had to opt for a size 20 (US 16) so I am looking forward to getting back into those 18s at least!! lol.
Also I read somewhere it is a good idea to treat yourself when you reach mini goals to something which isn’t food of course lol, so as my 1st goal is to lose my 1st stone (14lbs) by the time I go back to uni in a few weeks I am going to buy a new pair of size 18 jeans!!
Can’t wait! =) x
Way to celebrate the small things!
Good for you on setting a new goal—and one that isn’t food relating. That will be much more rewarding that a big piece of chocolate cake, for sure!
10 more lbs. to go! You can do it!

That is a great reward. Then you can strut your stuff in your new jeans!
It’s wonderful that you’re noticing the changes. It’s quite encouraging isnt’ it!? I was noticing a few positive changes in my body myself this morning.
Sounds like you’re flying girlie!! You’ll be fastening the button on those jeans in no time! There’s nothing better than the feeling when you do! I remember buying my 1st size 12 jeans, and actually crying in the changing room because I was so happy they fit! Was such a change from the size 18-20 trousers I used to wear in school and college
There’s nothing better girl!
