That is definitely my official mindframe now! I am so proud of myself for finally taking control of my lifestyle and making lots of positive changes. I stuck to the eating plan today woohoo and signed up for “The President’s Challenge” (if you’re interested check out my last post
). The challenge is basically to do 30mins exercise 5 days a week for at least 6 weeks. I logged in my activity for today just now and damn it felt good. I decided to log it in after I had finished my boogie session because it feels so much better knowing you have done it!! lol.
I am almost looking forward to my weigh in on tuesday! Bring it on scales! You are not my worst enemy anymore
