OK
Today hasn’t been too bad, but with the bf staying over it has been a little difficult to sit down and plan out my meals properly. I don’t want to get into the habit of estimating syns because that is where I went wrong last week, so I am gonna check out some of the syn values on the slimming world website now so I know I am making good choices lol.
I am feeling quite a burst of motivation today. I should be going on a holiday with some friends this summer, and I am going on holiday with my family and bf in August annnd have a 2 day London trip soon after so there are lots of reasons for me to start slimming down! Even though I have gone a bit of track with my weight loss this week, I am still going for my mini goals because if I work hard I’m sure I can do it :) Plus I will be adding exercise into the mix very soon which should speed things along.
I will keep you guys updated on how I am going on, and tonight after I am home from taking my bf to the station I am gonna make a meal plan for tomorrow and stick to it religiously lol x
You can do it! Sounds like you have the motivation to really sick to it.
